$1,200 a year — $100 a month — for unlimited access to a board-certified nurse practitioner who actually looks for the cause. Entirely virtual, anywhere in Florida.
Not a marketing device. It's the number where I can still answer the phone on a Sunday — so it's the number I stop at.
"How can unlimited access to a real clinician possibly cost $100 a month?"
It's a fair question, and the honest answer is short: there's no catch, there's a cap.
A conventional practice carries somewhere around two thousand patients. It has to — when insurance is paying, volume is the only way the arithmetic works. That's where your twelve-minute appointment comes from. Nobody in that room is a bad clinician. They're just doing what two thousand patients allows.
I don't bill insurance, so I don't need volume. I need one hundred people who want to be looked after properly. One hundred is the number where I can still pick up on a Sunday, still remember your history without opening a chart, and still spend an hour on your results instead of nine minutes.
At one hundred and one, I can't do those things. So I don't go to one hundred and one.
Most people have never seen what a proper initial evaluation looks like, so here it is in full. Five areas that drive the majority of chronic illness and accelerated aging — plus the safety basics.

This isn't over-testing. It's the level of evaluation that executive physicals and the most sophisticated longevity clinics run as standard. The only difference is who's reading it — and how long they'll spend with you afterward.
This is the piece that surprises almost everyone. I don't participate with insurance plans — that's what buys us the time. But I hold a national NPI, which means I can write the order and your own insurance can pay for the testing.
Every test above, plus any imaging you need — X-ray, ultrasound, mammogram, CT, MRI. I provide all necessary ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
Any LabCorp, Quest, or BioReference. Any imaging center your insurance covers. You don't need a referral from me — you need the order, and you have it.
Same as if your primary care doctor had ordered it. Whether a particular test is covered is between you and your plan — I can't promise that, and I won't pretend otherwise. But most of my patients are surprised how much of this their insurance handles.
You're not replacing your insurance. You're replacing the twelve-minute appointment.
Forty-five to sixty minutes. Your goals, your full history, everything you've already tried, and the labs you already have — read against optimal ranges rather than conventional ones. We start shaping the plan on the call. If it isn't a fit, you leave with answers anyway and there's nothing more to pay.
The $200 is credited and the remaining $1,000 completes your year. That's when the full panel above goes out. I don't order it before you join — not to hold it back, but because a comprehensive workup without the year of support behind it leaves you with forty numbers and nobody to act on them. That's the situation you're already in.
Usually one to two weeks after your draw. I walk you through every number — what it means, what needs correcting, and why. You leave with a written roadmap: nutrition, targeted supplements, bioidentical hormones where indicated, sleep, and stress resilience.
A check-in at one month, then as often as you need. Text me. Call me. Root-cause work is measured in months, not visits — which is exactly why this is a membership and not a series of appointments.
I'd rather you know now than find out later.
Most of my patients keep their regular health insurance for hospitalizations and specialists — and have me for everything else, seven days a week.
A real clinical visit, not a sales call. If you join, it's credited to your membership in full.
Everything on this page, for twelve months.

Yes. That's not a loophole in the membership — it's the point of it. Phone, text, email, or video, seven days a week. A member texted me about a cough on a Sunday recently; we were on a call within minutes and she had her prescription within the hour. That isn't an exceptional day. That's the standard.
There's a waiting list, and I'll be honest with you about where you are on it. If you're already a member when the practice fills, nothing changes for you — and your rate is held for as long as you stay, whatever I charge new members later.
No. The discovery call is a full clinical conversation about what's likely going on and whether we're a good fit. The comprehensive panel is part of membership, and I order it once you've joined. Forty numbers with nobody to interpret them is the situation you're trying to get out of — I'm not going to put you back in it.
Yes. If the $1,000 is easier over three or four months, just ask. I'll set it up at no extra cost — there's no interest, no financing company, and no difference in your care.
Then you leave. I'd ask for a conversation first, because root-cause work often feels slowest right before it starts working — but nobody is trapped here. Membership is annual and doesn't auto-renew without you agreeing to it.
Yes, for membership — clinical licensure is state by state and I'm licensed in Florida. Visits are entirely virtual, so anywhere in the state works, and you never need to drive anywhere.
Most of my patients do, and I'd encourage it. Keep your insurance and your local providers for hospitalizations, specialists, and anything needing a hands-on exam. I'm the one you call for everything else — and the one actually looking for the cause.
I won't promise you a timeline, because anyone who does is guessing. Root-cause work is measured in months. What I will promise is that you'll understand what's happening and why — and you'll never be waiting three weeks for an answer.
Forty-five minutes, $200, and a real read on what's driving this. If we're not a fit, you'll still know more than you did — and I'll tell you so honestly.
