You're not imagining it. "Normal" has never meant optimal — and the space between the two is where you've been living. I find what's actually in that gap, and I stay with you while you close it.

Phone, text, email, or video. Same-day or next-day — not "the next available in three weeks."
A complete thyroid picture instead of a lone TSH. Hormones, inflammation, insulin, nutrients.
I write your lab and imaging orders with diagnosis codes. You run them through your own plan.
Not a care team. Not whoever's on rotation. Me — every call, every text, all year.
Meanwhile you're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't fix. Foggy. Carrying weight that won't move. Sleeping badly. And you're being told — by someone with twelve minutes — that this is fine. It isn't fine. And it usually isn't mysterious either. Nobody has looked properly.
I'm on a call with her within minutes. She has her prescription within the hour.
That isn't an exceptional day. That's the standard. Same-day or next-day, by phone, text, email, or video — seven days a week. No portal. No triage. No waiting until Monday because it happened on a weekend.
Most practices sell you appointments. I sell the thing an appointment is a poor substitute for — a clinician who is actually reachable. That isn't a perk of the membership. That is the membership.
I don't participate with insurance plans — that's exactly what buys us the time. But I hold a national NPI, which means the expensive part doesn't have to come out of your pocket.
Whether a given test is covered is between you and your plan — I can't promise that. But most of my patients run their labs through insurance and keep their coverage for hospitalizations and specialists.
You're not replacing your insurance. You're replacing the twelve-minute appointment.
Forty-five to sixty minutes. Your goals, your full history, everything you've already tried, and the labs you already have — read against optimal ranges rather than conventional ones. We start shaping the plan on the call. If it isn't a fit, you still leave with answers, and there's nothing more to pay.
The $200 is credited and the remaining $1,000 completes your year. That's when the comprehensive workup goes out: advanced cardiovascular and inflammatory markers, insulin and metabolic health, a complete thyroid picture rather than a lone TSH, adrenal and sex hormones, and nutrient status. I write the order with codes; you run it through your insurance at LabCorp or Quest.
Usually one to two weeks later. I walk you through every number — what it means, what needs correcting, and why. You leave with a written, personalized roadmap: nutrition, targeted supplements, bioidentical hormones where indicated, sleep, and stress.
A check-in at one month, then as often as you need — text, call, email, video. Root- cause work is measured in months, not visits. That's exactly why this is a membership and not a series of appointments.
I'd rather you know now than find out later.
Most of my patients keep their regular health insurance for hospitalizations and specialists — and have me for everything else, seven days a week.

You're not getting a care team. You're not getting whoever's on rotation. You're getting me — every call, every text, all year.
A real clinical visit, not a sales call. If you join, it's credited to your membership in full.

A free 20-page preview of my Comprehensive Wellness Lab Guide: what the common markers actually measure, what conventional ranges miss, and what optimal looks like — for results you already have from your own physician.
Ten markers, normal vs. optimal, side by side.
Yes. That's not a loophole in the membership — it's the point of it. Phone, text, email, or video, seven days a week. If something comes up on a weekend, you don't wait until Monday to be heard.
No, and that's deliberate. Insurance pays for coded visits and coded diagnoses — the system that produced your twelve-minute appointment and your "everything looks normal." Working outside it is what buys us the time. But your labs are a different story — see the next question.
Usually not. I hold a national NPI, so I write your lab and imaging orders with the diagnosis codes on them, and you take them to any LabCorp, Quest, BioReference, or imaging center your plan covers. You run them through your insurance like any other lab. Whether a particular test is covered is between you and your plan — but this is the part most people assume they'll be paying cash for, and usually they aren't.
No. The discovery call is exactly that — a full clinical conversation where we work out what's likely going on and whether we're a good fit. The comprehensive workup is part of membership, and I order it once you've joined. That way nobody ends up half-way into a diagnostic process without the year of support behind it to actually act on the results.
For membership, yes — clinical licensure is state by state and I'm licensed in Florida. Visits are entirely virtual, so anywhere in the state works. The free lab guide and Lab Explorer are available to anyone, anywhere.
Most of my patients do, and I'd encourage it. Keep your insurance and your local providers for hospitalizations, specialists, and anything needing a hands-on exam. I'm the one you call for everything else — and the one actually looking for the cause.
Yes. If the balance is easier over three or four months, just ask — I'll set it up at no extra cost.
Bring them. Most people arrive with more data than they realize — it just hasn't been read against optimal ranges. Reviewing what you already have is part of the discovery call.
I won't promise you a timeline, because anyone who does is guessing. Root-cause work is measured in months. What I will promise is that you'll understand what's happening and why — and you'll never be waiting three weeks for an answer.
Forty-five minutes, and you'll understand more about what's driving this than you have in the last five appointments combined.
